| We left last night from Incheon Airport in Seoul to travel to the Philippines. While we were having dinner we started talking to this lovely lady and her boyfriend. They were travelling to the Philippines, too, but not to the same hotel. She put up with my basic Korean practice by smiling a lot, and saying, "Oh, your name is Liane?" They were really great, and also shared delicious Paris Baguette cheesecake with the kids... love her! |

Well, we got the great idea from my brother David, and the duckie from Linda Prud'homme, and we decided that every once in a while we will sneak the duckie into a picture in the blog. So... this time is a gimme, but from now on, keep your eyes open :) |

| We usually start off every trip with a visit to the supermarket to get supplies for our stay. The supermarket here is in the mall, which is heavily guarded. On the way I snapped a bunch of pictures of the area. |

| We needed milk to go with our cereal, and all of the milk here comes pasteurized in those boxes that will survive the apocalypse. The kids are checking it out. |
